  La Menara is located about 30 min walk away from the Medina. The Menara pavillon was before dedicated to the Sultan's parties and overnight stays with his mistresses. it is overlooking a huge water bassin where a 700 year old pipe system allows the water from the montains to reach the city and be stored. Thanks to this water stock, the Menara is located in a massive olive tree garden.
